EHS is looking for a Full Stack .NET Developer with demonstrable experience to join our dynamic team. As a .NET Developer, you will collaborate closely with product owners and a small team to design, develop, and enhance multiple layers of our application. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code, ensuring the highest performance, quality, and responsiveness of our applications. You will also play an active role in problem-solving, code organization, and automation to deliver exceptional products that meet the needs of our clients.

Our automated-2-eliminate approach focuses on the administrative and manual tasks that claim adjusters and work comp nurses are inundated with daily. What you’ll be doing as a .NET Developer
· Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain efficient, high performance, secure user interfaces and back-end services.
· Integrate data storage solutions, including both structured and unstructured data, to enhance application functionality.
· Optimize application performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks and bugs through effective troubleshooting and problem-solving.
· Collaborate with product owners to gather requirements and provide ideas for application enhancements.
· Maintain code quality, organization, and automation to ensure consistent and streamlined development processes.
· Report daily progress, planned progress, and any impediments to the Team Lead.
· Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to continuously improve your skills and contribute to architectural discussions.
· Work both independently and as part of a team, effectively communicating and collaborating to meet project objectives and deadlines.
What We Are Looking For…
Our .NET Developers are self-motivated, driven, and focused on delivering technology solutions to clients in the Insurance-Claims Management-Worker Compensation industry. As a .NET Developer, you should have the following skillset and experience:
- Demonstrable experience developing web solutions using .NET.
- Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, MVC, RESTful APIs, HTML, and CSS.
- Proficiency in DI/IOC principles.
- Proficiency with Entity Framework.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and ability to write clean, readable, and maintainable code.
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server, database normalization, and non-relational data stores.
- Understanding of fundamental design principles for building scalable applications.
- Experience with source control and CI/CD.
- Experience with Azure DevOps Server (TFS), Boards, and Pipelines.
- Ability to work in an agile environment independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Other Experience and Qualifications…
- Qualified candidates must be US Citizens or must already be legally authorized to work in the US (we do not provide sponsorship).
- Qualified candidates must reside full-time in the US and be available during normal business hours within the time zone of residence.
